By submitting content to YMN Insight Journal ("the Journal"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Youth Media Network Pakistan ("YMN") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

• Open to youth aged 15-29 (exceptions may apply)
• Contributors must provide accurate personal/professional information

3. Content Guidelines

All submissions must:

• Be original work (no plagiarism)
• Comply with Pakistani laws and cultural norms
• Not contain hate speech, defamation, or explicit content
• Respect intellectual property rights (provide citations where required)

4. Submission Process

• All entries undergo editorial review
• YMN reserves the right to:
  • Reject submissions without explanation
  • Edit for clarity/grammar (without altering core ideas)
  • Remove published content if violations are discovered

5. Rights & Ownership

• Authors retain copyright but grant YMN:
  • Non-exclusive global publishing rights
  • Permission for promotional use (with attribution)
• Published content may be archived permanently

6. Certificates

• Issued digitally upon successful publication
• Contain contributor name, work title, and publication date
• Verification system provided for authenticity checks

7. Privacy Policy

• Personal data collected only for publication purposes
• Email addresses used solely for journal-related communication
• No information sold to third parties

8. Disclaimer

• Views expressed belong solely to authors
• YMN not liable for:
  • Accuracy of contributed content
  • Any disputes arising from published material

9. Termination

YMN may revoke publishing privileges for users who:

• Repeatedly violate guidelines
• Submit fraudulent information
• Engage in harmful conduct

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted under Pakistani law. Any disputes subject to Karachi jurisdiction.
